Padrone Srl guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out with full respect for the rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject as well as their dignity with particular attention to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data. 2. Data processed
Padrone Srl collects only the data that the user voluntarily provides and browsing data. No personal data is required from the user to access the public section of the Website, meaning the part that is freely accessible to all users. Whenever a user contacts Padrone Srl through the contact details provided on the Website, for example by sending messages by email or traditional mail, the user’s data must be considered as acquired and therefore processed in full compliance with the applicable regulations.
Among the data voluntarily provided by the user, the following personal data may be collected

Padrone Srl processes the personal data that the user has provided on the Website in connection with the use of the Website itself. In particular, personal data may be used for the following purposes

We also point out that Padrone Srl uses a third party tool namely Google Analytics for statistical and marketing purposes only. The data is however handled in a fully anonymised form.

The data may be used to establish liability in the event of possible computer offences against the Website.

4. Storage of personal data
Padrone Srl will retain the user’s information for the period required by the applicable legislation and in any case for as long as necessary to provide the service requested by the User fulfilment of the order or as required by the purposes described in this document.
In particular, the data provided by the user to access the reserved area will be stored for as long as the account remains active. Data required for tax purposes is stored until tax assessments for the relevant tax period have been completed, therefore for at least ten years and longer if the corresponding tax year is not yet time barred for tax purposes. Once this period has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymised unless further purposes justify its retention, in particular the initiation of judicial or extrajudicial disputes. In all cases the User may at any time request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of the data.
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data collected through the Website are safeguarded by appropriate technical measures.
Passwords are not stored in plain text but are protected with SHA 2 technology at 512 bits. The site is also provided through an encrypted HTTPS connection. User data is collected, stored and kept on a secure server protected by a firewall and physically located in Arezzo in a controlled access web farm. Every superuser access takes place under military grade encryption with asymmetric DH keys at 4096 bits.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
Padrone Srl does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, Padrone Srl may provide the user’s data to third parties for certain processes such as the shipping or fulfilment of an order requested by the user. In these cases Padrone Srl may transmit part of the user’s data to third party transport specialists Courier Services. These third parties will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with the applicable regulations. The user’s data will not be transferred outside the European Union. Only if required by law will personal data be provided to the competent Authorities. This website may share some of the collected data with services based outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft LinkedIn through social plugins and the Google Analytics service.
The transfer is authorised on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular Decision 1250/2016 Privacy Shield see the information page of the Italian Authority, therefore no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
7. Rights of the user data subject
The user may at any time fully exercise the rights provided for by the applicable legislation including the following rights
