Worker Safety Course – Specific Training Refresher

Regulatory references

The Employer, pursuant to art. 37 paragraph 1 letter a) and the State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011 repertoire acts no. 221/CSR, ensures that each worker receives sufficient and adequate training in health and safety.

This Agreement also provides for a five-year training refresher of common duration for all risk sectors.

Course objectives

The course is aimed at updating workers’ knowledge on health and safety in the workplace.

Target participants

The course is intended for workers in low, medium and high risk companies, already in possession of general and specific training.

Course duration

The course lasts 6 hours.

Programme

• In-depth legal and regulatory analysis;
• Overview of obligations and responsibilities of the main figures referred to in D.Lgs. 81/08;
• Technical updates on risks to which workers are exposed;
• Updates on organisation and management of safety in the workplace;
• Sources of risk and related prevention measures.

Instructors

All our instructors are experts in health and safety in the workplace with many years of experience, holding the qualifications required by the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011, rep. acts no. 221/CSR and the criteria established by the Interministerial Decree of 6 March 2013.

Training materials

Each participant will receive course materials on CD, containing useful documents for use and reading to complete the training received.

Final assessment and certifications

Following a positive outcome of the final test, each participant will be issued a certificate of attendance.
