Regulatory references

Art. 37, paragraph 7, of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and point 9 of the Accordo Stato Regioni of 21/12/2011 acts repertory n. 221/CSR.

As indicated in the regulatory references cited above, for the role of Supervisor a five-yearly refresher course is required, with a minimum duration of 6 hours, in relation to their duties regarding workplace health and safety.

Course objectives

To provide supervisors with all information regarding legal and regulatory developments and innovations, as well as in-depth analysis of technical, organisational and management aspects of workplace safety, risk sources and related prevention measures.

Target participants

The course is aimed at Supervisors belonging to any company risk sector.

Course duration

The course has a duration of 6 hours.

Programme

  • Legal and regulatory in-depth analysis;
  • Technical updates on risks to which workers are exposed;
  • Updates on workplace safety organisation and management;
  • Risk sources and related prevention measures.

Trainers

All our trainers are experts in workplace health and safety with many years of experience, holding the qualifications required by the Accordo Stato Regioni of 21 December 2011, acts rep. n. 221/CSR and the criteria established by the Interministerial Decree of 6 March 2013.

Training materials

Each participant will receive handouts on CD, containing useful documents for use and reading to complete the training received.

Final assessment and certifications

Following successful completion of the final assessment, each participant will be issued a certificate of attendance.
