Art. 37, paragraphs 10, 11 of D.Lgs. 81/2008.
As indicated in the regulatory references cited above, the Workers’ Safety Representative is entitled to specific training on health and safety matters concerning the specific risks existing in the areas where they exercise their representation, ensuring adequate competencies on the main risk control and prevention techniques.
The objective of the course is to provide workers’ representatives with the training elements to achieve adequate knowledge of occupational risks existing in the workplace and adequate competencies on the main risk control and prevention techniques.
The course is aimed at Workers’ Safety Representatives.
The course has a duration of 32 hours.
All our trainers are experts in occupational health and safety with many years of experience, holding the qualifications required by the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011, official records no. 221/CSR, and meeting the criteria established by the Inter-Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013.
Each participant will receive a handbook on CD, containing useful documents and reading materials to complement the training received.
Following successful completion of the final test, each participant will be issued a certificate of attendance.
