The course is delivered according to the GWO Basic Safety Training standard.
The objective of the course is to provide participants, through theoretical and practical training, with the basic knowledge and skills to act safely in offshore industries, both during normal plant operations and in emergency situations.
The course is aimed at workers operating in the wind energy sector or related sectors.
The course has a duration of 8 hours.
Each participant will receive a handbook on CD, containing useful documents and reading materials to complement the training received.
Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will have the Sea Survival module credited to their WINDA profile.
The Sea Survival module has a validity period of 24 months. The course refresher must be completed before the end of this period.
